What is Nap Trapped?
Hi, I’m Natalia. I live in Madrid with my husband, our two young daughters, and a daily rotation of half-drunk coffees.
Nap Trapped is a personal Substack—part journal, part moodboard, part soft place to land. It’s where I share thoughts on motherhood, design, interiors, travel, online window shopping, and the sweet chaos of the in-between. It’s also a tiny act of remembering who I am outside of work and parenting (which, as you might know, never truly clock out).
Things you’ll find:
– ✧ short, occasional posts
– ✧ design things I’m loving
– ✧ motherhood as it really feels
– ✧ objects, links, and loose thoughts worth saving
and who am I?
By day, I run Hôtel Weekend, a travel platform focused on thoughtful stays and slow discovery. I’m also a designer and creative consultant, currently working on interiors, branding, and soon a concept store for children called Museum of Mini.
This space is a bit looser, softer, and more personal—somewhere I can write without a plan, share things without a strategy, and remember the joy of making just because.
